I am a local artist who is passionate about all things creative, fun and beautiful! I have had a passion for art since a very young age and have worked very hard to master the skill via trial-and-error over my 25 years of life, and during school. I was that kid through middle school and high school that stayed in my art department as much as my schedule would allow! It is and always will be my happy place. Too, I yearn to learn more and more about this skill as the years go on – new mediums, new techniques, and take on bigger/more challenging projects that I can push the envelope and truly blossom into the artist that I know I am. From 2013-2015, I earned my Bachelors Degree majoring in Computer Animation (Full Sail University) and I have been living in Albuquerque for 3 years now, working for Lockheed Martin as a 3D artist. Though my job doesn’t involve any drawing, painting or free-reign with art – I love being an artist of all hats.
However, I wanted to branch out even further and put my creative skills to use outside of my job duties. I created my small (and new) mural business “505 Mural Works” to help the people of Albuquerque brighten up their town/homes in ways they’ve always wanted to! I have been fortune enough to create four murals so far, two located in my hometown – Alamogordo, NM (Sunflowers with Bees, and Moon) – and the other two are located here in Albuquerque, NM (Abstract Tree, and Lady of Guadalupe Flowers)! My mission is create a more fun and beautiful environment for everyone in this lovely artistic town. There is no limit when it comes to creativity and artwork, and that is what I love most about being in this community. This is a place that us artists can truly feel “at home” and put our talents to use in a big way – not only for ourselves personally, but also for the community we love so much!
